"I’d like to start with the lady at the front desk was very polite. When we got there we were greeted very professionally. We called a few times to confirm the room we were going to be in, but when we got there they gave us the ONE room that wasn’t renovated and without the amenities that were paid for. My boyfriend and I were excited for that requested room.. I then had to go back down and speak to front desk about our room and surprisingly there were many available rooms with all the amenities (besides the big mirror shown in pictures). So after we moved rooms I went to their bar to redeem my free drink ticket and each bartender was giving me different information on how I could redeem it which got pretty frustrating and confusing. The older male bartender was hovering way too much even after I politely requested twice that I needed a moment. He wouldn’t let me look so I became overstimulated and had to be stern stating I needed a moment. Not a single bartender there was professional. Check out was at noon but housekeeping tried to enter the room at 10am even with the “do not disturb” on the door handle. I had to rush to the door and keep them from entering even though I said “no thank you”. Overall the experience was not relaxing as I’d have hoped. I enjoyed the room itself and the bathrooms were really nice as well as the products and robes. I loved all the restaurants, bars, comedy clubs, and mall that was nearby. The location is amazing, but I wouldn’t stay there again."
