Takes a little extra effort, but it's worth it

The listing says that you should bring your own supplies (sheets, toilet paper, soaps, etc) and they mean it, but if you're willing to put in that little bit of extra legwork, this is a great place. It really is in walking range of a lot of fun places, including the beach and a good restaurant/ice cream place, and you can part your car a street or two south and not have any problems with parking payments or reckless drivers. There's room for six across two bedrooms and, and if you want to be out and about all day, that would probably be great. My wife and I were indoors more often, and for the two of us, it was perfect - I think if you had a more indoors-focused group, it might get a little cramped at more than three if you all wanted to be together, especially since there's only one bathroom. The wi-fi was a little slow, but good enough to stream movies in the evening, which was nice. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation, and hope to return in the future.

Week long stay

The condo was the perfect size for our family. Bathroom and kitchen were very nice. Bedrooms were just the right size and very comfortable. Near everything you want to see in Wildwood! We had everything we needed for upkeep of the condo so no extras there. We’re very thankful for the wonderful place to stay. It’s a quiet and peaceful property and all around a GREAT value for your money. Parking was a challenge. You either have to pay to park on the street (we ended paying over $100 on day one) you can park one street over on Leaming and park there for free. We would highly recommend this home! And would return.

Perfect for a small family

We loved our stay here! The owner was very thorough and communicative. Great location, within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, a diner, and Duffers. Found free parking within a few blocks. The only thing we recommend is to either put mattress pads over the mattresses, or replace them. They were really uncomfortable, thin, too soft and lumpy. Thank you for having us, it was just what we needed for a long weekend vacation for our small family.of 3!

Perfect for our needs

Property was exactly "as advertised." Worked out perfectly for our family of 4 (two kids 13 and 8 yrs old). Great location! Easy 2 block walk to the boardwalk and beach. Food and entertainment options walking distance in all directions. Grocery store and 2 drug stores within a 10 minute walk came in handy a couple times. Parked car next street over for free and didn't drive anywhere for nearly our entire 5 day stay. Definitely recommend this property.

Location, Location, Location!!

I took my teen daughter and two of her friends down for a week!! Usually we visit family in the Villas and I have to drive them to the beach/boardwalk. This year was amazing because we were in walking distance to the beach, Duffers and so much more. This rental was very quaint and just enough space for the four of us!! Definitely will look into this for next summer☺️

Great place, great price!

Lisa was easy to communicate with and her description of the place was accurate. She had a lot of little amenities that would have been convenient, but I'm an over packer so I didn't need anything. I put 4 for location, but that's debatable. There's lots to do in the area close by, but if you want to walk all the way to the furthest pier with the rides, it's a decent walk. I absolutely loved it, but the kids wished we were a bit closer. We'd definitely stay here again!

Perfect Home Base

This was perfect for my family of four as a “home base” for our beach vacation. We generally only need a place to sleep and shower when we are at the beach at this was the perfect place.

We stayed here for a long weekend to attend a country music festival. This property is in a quiet area with a short walk to the beach and the boards. We found free parking a block away from this property and once we parked, there was no reason to drive anywhere. Anything we needed was within walking distance. The place is cozy. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive before and after the trip. If I venture back to Wildwood again I would definitely stay here again. The price was awesome and we had a cozy, quaint place that was away from all the noise. There are neighbors but we did not hear them at all. The only down side is there is no parking at the place but if you drive a block or 2 away you can find free parking or you can go get a parking permit for the week.

Great Getaway

Super cute house right near everything! Couldn't have asked for a better location. We were in town primarily for business but was able to get out in the mornings and enjoy the town. The place was perfect! The owner was very responsive to all my question and was a great resource! Highly recommend!

Awesome space!

This was very much like a home away from home! The space is cozy as she says but we felt like it was more then enough space for us (myself, husband, 4 boys ages 15, 13, 9 and 7). Everything was very clean and inviting. I had a couple of questions and got close to immediate responses from the owner when I contacted her! We had a great vacation!!

Property was as listed. Great if you don’t plan on spending lots of time home!

Def was small but we were on the go. No space to really sit outside privately. Parking on street was a nightmare especially when the weekend hit. Highly recommend the weekly parking pass. Location was great. Owner left nice things to help with forgotten items. Fully stocked for cooking!

Place was very tiny. Would be packed with 6 people. Was packed with 2. Last guest left garbage and recycling behind house. We put all garbage and recycling out to curb . Nothing to clean as all we did was sleep here Bathroom carpets look old and disgusting! $20 would probably buy new. Bed mattresses need replaced as u sink into the middle. So a couple easy fixes and make the photo yo the add the actual door to the (back) unit and not the facade with the beautiful front unit that u do not get

Pleasantly Accommodating

Lisa was awesome

From the start lisa answered any questions we had in detail. The condo is a block from the beach theres a table and chairs in the back yard also a grill theres space for bikes. Inside you got 2 bedrooms upstairs bathroom is on first floor kitchen living room t.v couch that has a pullout bed central air lisa literally has every base covered all you gotta do is bring the family and your set.. One other thing there is a driveway but for loading and unloading if its open and on street parking is an app now so its a few taps and ur good. We will definitely be back again really soon Frankie W Phila Pa

Quaint, Quiet, and Convenient

You won’t be disappointed. Make sure to bring your own sheets, towels, and TP but other than that, this home has absolutely everything you need! The owner is extremely friendly and lets you know exactly what you will need and what to expect. The outside space was amazing! Don’t be discouraged by the young guys next door that are mentioned in the profile because they were fun & very respectful! Our family had so much fun! It was an easy & convenient walk to the beach and boardwalk rides! It’s priced right and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Don’t pass this Gem up!!
