It took me some time to write this review bc I was too heated to do it right after my stay. First I arrived and having had used Klarna to pay it took over an hour to check in bc only one person knew exactly what was going on. The staff is apparently all new and it was abundantly clear. No one knew where anything was and they didn’t know they were working in hospitality. My tv didn’t have a signal. I asked every day of my stay yet was never able to use the tv. On the second day it had rained in the morning. The weather was clearing up yet the pool was closed. Mind you the pool is why I came. No one knew anything. I bought tickets to go on the beach full price bc no one knew how to get the discount promised w stay. We called again to see what was going on it was about 2pm and there wasn’t a cloud in the sky but the said pool was closed in an “abundance of caution.” I called the main office and they say of course the pool is open 9-7 when I told her the situation she said she couldn’t imagine what could be going on. In 5 minutes I was alerted that the pool was open. So basically they didn’t feel like opening it? I still don’t understand what that was about but for 4 hours the pool was closed 2 of which were clear and sunny. I needed towels and called for them. I got tired of waiting after 1.5 hrs and went downstairs to get it myself. The place is cute, the location is incredible the price is too steep to have such a terrible experience. Plus $200 deposit I knew north about

The staff was very accommodating. Rooms were very tiny for a standard King, with only one plastic. chair in the room. The fridge we requested didn't even fit under the desk as that is were it should be, but took up valuable space in the room. Bathroom on the other hand was very roomy. A place to fit the luggage rack and more. I think the room was 10x10 bare bones. Not what I expected for the price.
