The dirtiest hotel I have seen in my lifetime
They had me singing for non smoking and they gave me a room that that smelled so bad, they don’t check the condition of the room before they give the keys to the customer, I got back to the front desk and told them about the condition of the room, they gave the keys to a new room that wasn’t cleaned, the house keeping person did not touch the room, I took pictures of that room and I got back to the front desk and showed them the pictures. They apologized to me and gave me the keys to another room, I told them to check the room before they give me the keys because I’m tired of going up and down. They went upstairs and checked and told me that they are going to give me a better room, an upgrade and they said based on their knowledge that room was fine for them. I went upstairs to check the room and I saw the room was dirty, toilet was dirty, the light switch was dirty and the sofa was dirty with black
