The hotel itself was really nice. Unfortunately they were doing renovations so we were re-routed through a side entrance which was not convenient. However, taking that away, everything else was really good!

Had issues with overbooking. They didn't have a room for me when I arrived. They sent me across the street to another hotel. The next night I was back at this hotel. Wasn't impressed with the staff and what had happened. I was compensated the next night with complimentary things. Just didn't like the inconvenience of the overbooking and going to another hotel. Thank you.
