I have always have a great experience with Hilton. At this particular Hampton facility, as we arrived at the location, the toilet does not flush. The maintenance guy was to repair. It was still doing the same thing. Two nights later, it happened again, this time it over flowed the whole bathroom. It was unacceptable. I hope they would definitely fix the problem for the next guest. Kind of disgusting.

The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The property itself needs some maintenance as there are loose bricks in the walkway to the hotel which is a hazard and AC needs to be turned on in the dining area as it was overly hot trying to eat in there, we had to bring the food to the room to eat and not sweat. The hotel is located nearby a lot of dining and attractions but being right off the major highway entrance the traffic was awful trying to enter or exit the property. At times we had a 45+ min delay to go 1 mile down the road just to get back to the hotel due to the traffic getting on the highway.

When we entered the room, the air conditioning was off, and the space felt damp with a slight odor. It took some time for the AC to remove the humidity and make the room more comfortable. There were no tissues provided in the room. The breakfast was acceptable. The front desk did not provide adequate information about the pool or the waiver requirements at check-in. The key issued for pool access did not work properly, and we ended up locked out of the pool area. We had to call the front desk to send someone to let us in. My main concern is with the parking. QR codes were posted for self-parking across the lot, and we followed all the instructions correctly upon check-in. However, the parking company overcharged us—billing for four nights instead of the two nights we stayed. The parking receipt did not provide a breakdown of the charges, and there was no contact information available for the parking company on the PMC website. When we approached the hotel for help, they were unable to assist and only provided an email address for the parking company.

Always thought Hampton inn was suppose to be better than holiday inn, no more! Room had a dirty carpet, smelled like musty,and dusty. Sprayed air freshener for relief. It was a disappointment. Neighbor one night smoking Marijuana, complained to staff. Horrible selection and variety of breakfast offerings - barely cooked sausage and eggs were yuck.

Not good at all the tv was unplugged. Bathroom toilet continued to run. Toilet would not flush terrible I had to leave to go stay with family. No refund given. So upset

After paying for the room, I was told I could be given a 50% discount on their $20 fee for parking in the lot of the hotel that I was already paying to stay at. It should be noticed that this was advertised nowhere during the booking on Expedia or anywhere else on the website of the Hampton Inn . After filling out paperwork through an app on my phone that I had to scan I was still charged $10 for parking again in a hotel that I was already paying for that is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve never paid for parking in a hotel in my life, they should be ashamed of themselves
