The room I stayed in was clean but the bathroom in need of repair. The tub needed refinishing and the paint was chipped in The shower ceiling. I felt like I was in a motel rather than a doubletree. Staff didn’t even ask how my stay was. I’m used to more hospitality at double tree hotels.

I've stayed a couple of times and it is a very busy place. The rooms are clean, the staff is pleasant. Breakfast is great. My only complaint is that because it is so busy, it is loud. Loud late into the night. Ive had to turn the fan on to try and drown out the noise from neighbors and the hallway.

I left out my room to transfer rooms and am now missing ALL of my belongings - due to Kevin. The Manager Tyler informed he was doing an investigation and that he would follow up…. Needless to say, I still haven’t heard from him and was told by another front desk associates to make a police repport. NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Tubs didn’t drain on multiple floors, so whatever you wash off in the shower you better be comfortable standing in it during your shower. Rooms weren’t spotless, but not completely disgusting. Staff was very nice & helpful, also the cleaning crew doesn’t mess around.. Be ready for vacuum action bright & early!

Kind and curteous staff, clean rooms, convenient dining with attached restaurant, good continental breakfast. The only downside is the WiFi is archaic. Hope you have an unlimited data plan.

I’m grateful to have had a safe night to spent there however, basic cleanliness is mandatory in my opinion. Things like chair, carpet, light fixtures, sprinklers etc. were dirty. I’ve stayed in doubletree before in Chicago which is exactly why it brought me back here again but my expectations were crushed. Didn't expect such rooms from Hilton.

Great hotel to recommend

We had a very restful night, and great service from the airport transfer person. Good breakfast with lots of options and a fairly large fitness centre with good options. Would definitely stay again.
