The staff at check-in was very unhelpful and not very friendly. There was major construction going on in the hotel and we were not told about areas that were unsafe and elevators that were not functioning properly. There was no coffee or water available in the lobby for guests and the room had enough supplies for only one cup. The pool door malfunctioned while we were there as well. The room thermostat was very quirky and we had to reset it several times to get it to work. The ONLY bright spot was the bartender in the evening - she was fantastic. I would not stay at this property again in the future for sure.

Holy dormitory batman! Brought me back to college dorm days, this place is NOISY, you can hear all your neighbors. One elevator was broken, so it took about 30 minutes to go to your room as the STAIRS WERE OUT OF SERVICE. No complimentary breakfast, you have to pay $20. I ordered food to be delivered, it was set out in the middle of the lobby where anyone could have grabbed it.

room was nice, coffee availabilty was limited with only decaf pods in room. Water for shower was lukewarm the first day and was too cold to shower day 2. I reported this to desk and their response is they were sorry and they will report to management
