The stay was fine, I really have no complaints. The only reason I didn't give a perfect rating was the price. The hotel price was inflated due to a conference in the area and unfortunately I didn't find the stay worth $500 per night, but there were few options available.

Overall, the impression was good — the room was clean. There were three of us, but only two towels were provided. I received SMS messages offering feedback on the service quality, but no one responded to my replies. The bathroom was completely empty and lacked space to leave clothes.

The heating and cooling system is so old they can only control heat OR cool for the entire building. My room was 80 degrees during the 2 day stay, their solution was to just give me a fan.
