"There was no dresser, closet, refrigerator, or ice machine. This should be clearly communicated on the website, but it was not. There is no coffee maker, just a coffee shop downstairs. The chair we had was artistic but not one you could sit in comfortably. The bathroom door was a sliding door that had gaps in the sides when the door is closed, so that there was not much privacy."

"Hey there. Stay here. ~ My beloved young-at-heart husband ❤️ had a procedure at RI Hospital in Providence. Staying here gave him rest and recharge to take on his conquering. Room very aesthetically soothing ~ Could use an added microwave and an actual bathroom hook on the door for greater nutrition and get-ready ease. Yep. We will stay again. Superb ☕️ in hallway ~ don't miss it! Absolutely, Kate🖋"

"The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. We stayed over for the purpose of catching an early flight and this hotel is advertised as having an airport shuttle as early as 4:30, however they did not have a shuttle driver for our commute. The hotel, with no problem whatsoever, covered the cost of an uber. I had to rush down at 4:10am because a small uber was coming instead of an XL for our luggage and family of 4. It all worked out but was an unnecessary thing to worry about. Just an FYI"
