"No coffee in the room and no access to any coffee or breakfast the next day. No staff on premises after 9pm or in the morning. I paid more because it was graduation weekend. The staff at the attached restaurant was no help regarding our stay at the hotel."

"Room smelled of cleaning chemicals that made my eyes burn. Mold on bathroom ceiling, Dirty bathroom towels. Bugs in tub, roach crawling on bedside lamp and crawling in bed. Fire alarm went off from steam from the shower and had to disconnect from the wall. Check in lobby not clean."
