Temperature control was good. Beds are comfortable. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good but no sausage, bacon, or ham. There was no sugar at all, not for coffee or cereal. Carpeting in hallway was coming up and frayed. The room had an office chair and a sitting chair, but both were too small to be comfortable. The cube ottoman was great!

Rm 109 light outside window was annoying. 50 extra dollars for 2 small dogs is ridiculous. Expedia has it as pet friendly and says nothing about paying extra so that’s on Expedia! Also site said it was way closer to our destination then it actually was. Hotel was very nice no real issues. Expedia do better!

Their idea of a handicapped accessible bathroom was to add handle bars in the tub. The bathroom was so small you cannot get a wheel chair in there even if you tried.

Wokers outside sanded concrete and had no plastic or shied up to avoid it blowing, came out to our car covered in concrete stuff and the front desk girl had no compassion, same one that checked us in the night before who was not friendly at all, she tried rubbing the mounts of dust in to the car. Called her manager who in turn wouldn't do anything for us.

Unfortunately, there was some remodeling on which made it impossible to access the front door. Having to carry your luggage dot the hall from a side door to the front desk to register then back again after you get to your floor was a bit difficult. Not well planned when the hotel was fully booked for the weekend with lots of events takin place!
