Disappointing for the price

We decided to splurge on a nicer hotel with pool/hot tub/breakfast. The hot tub wasn’t working, the pool was murky and the bottom seemed a little slimey, the breakfast was ok, and our bedroom shower didn’t drain. Other than that, everything was fine. But surprisingly lackluster based on the other reviews here and what I would expect from a Best Western Plus.

This was a very clean hotel. However, twice when we were there for two days, the electricity went out. One of the days, it was out for hours, the other day, the dining room was affected and we sat with no lights but were still able to eat but couldn't use certain things there like the toaster, etc. Not sure what was going on. Would I stay there again? Yes, probably. It had one of the cleanest rooms that I have ever seen.

It was my husband and my first time staying here.We thought the hotel was clean,the elevators were clean,our room was clean.The breakfast had a very good choice.The only complaint that we both had was the bathroom could have had a brighter light.

There was a raucus party going on in a room near me that made sleeping difficult. They finally quieted at 1am. I couldn't figure out which room so I didn't call the front desk. When I mentioned the situation at checkout, the person apologized but added they several wedding parties staying at the hotel. I sensed that even if I had called about the noise nothing would have been done about it. I recommended that they post quiet hours to avoid this situation in the future.
