The properties common places are well kept designed very nice. The staff is friendly. The location can’t be beat. It’s in within walking distance of a lot of things. Parking for gas is not included, and I feel like they’re gouging their customers regarding parking. The cleanliness of the rooms is subpar. Our room was not vacuumed Prior to arrival. It was candy and other debris on the ground. In addition during our stay made service was not completed twice and towels had to be obtained two out of the four days when I called to the front desk onto occasions and asked why made service had not been completed the first time I was told that They only do a restock the second time I was told that the main service had gone home for the day, which is completely unacceptable

Great stay … everyone from the concierge to the valet personnel to the front desk to any employees walking around offering help in any way… a professional staff. Add a tiny suitcase ramp on the first floor steps and everything would then be perfect. Thank you for a great stay.

Definitely better since the renovations. There were two issues that made it a tough stay - 1. the extremely loud AC unit that went from freezing to extremely hot with a one degree change and 2. The horrific lumpy pillows that made it impossible to sleep. Other than those issues, the hotel was very nice. I would stay there again and just bring my own pillow in case they haven’t replaced them.

Room was awesome. Much roomier than I thought. There were multiple wedding parties staying at same time so there were some messes in the lobby early in am. Other than that it was great.
