Great location. Walks to get a good meal or a drink were from 1 to 12 minutes. Hotel itself was very nice and clean. Staff was very attentive. We have found our new place to stay in Asheville from now on.

Staff was incredibly helpful as our reservations were messed up and Manager Jeff was able to correct the errors without any additional cost. We were disappointed that the pool was not open, but everything else was outstanding!
