"We stayed here outside of Boston because it was cheaper. The hotel needs major updating. The wallpaper was peeling among other things. We usually stay at Hampton, and this was the worst one as far as upkeep goes on the interior. The staff was friendly though."

"Very dirty. Not maintained. There was a mousetrap in my room. They are renovating but no thought to upgrades the room was pretty clean but no light switch in bathroom. No soap dish in the shower but bar soap provided. They do not clean but every 3 days. Not good."

"This was a horrible hotel. My husband and I were literally scared to be in our room. The people in the room next to us were screaming until 3:00a.m., banging doors, tv blasting we thought at one point they were breaking into our room. Our phone didn't work so we couldn't call the front desk, we were afraid to leave our room. We requested a smoke free room and the entire hotel smelled of smoke and was not clean. There were no towels in our room when we arrived we had to get them ourself from the front desk. I would not recommend staying at this hotel and if I could get my money back I would. The worst stay ever."
