"The room was clean and tidy overall, although there was a little dust on the shelves that wasn’t noticeable at eye level. The bathroom door lock didn’t work, but everything else was in good condition. I do wish breakfast had been included with the stay. The housekeeping staff were very nice and friendly. However, the experience with the front desk could have been better. The staff member was on the phone and didn’t acknowledge us, leaving us waiting for several minutes. It would have been much nicer if she had simply said, “I’ll be with you in a second.” Overall, the stay was fine, but a little more attention to these details and better customer service at the front desk would have made the experience more pleasant."

"Let's start with the positives. The hotel is in a great location, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Having a restaurant and bar inside the hotel was definitely a plus. The complimentary cookies and water upon arrival were a nice touch. The cookies were served warm and baked on-site. I'm usually not a big cookie person, but these cookies were so good. Now for the negatives. The pool was closed on the day we checked in due to cleaning. The following day, the opening was delayed. When my group and I finally got the chance to use the pool, we noticed that it wasn't very clean. Around noon, we were asked to leave the pool because it was being closed for an hour for additional cleaning. Honestly, the pool should have been thoroughly cleaned before it opened to guests."
