"Overall the hotel is good, clean, tidy. The breakfast was tasty. The staff was very welcoming and nice to talk to. The only suggestion I would like to make is to reduce the parking price, it's really too high."

"We had a friendly welcome for our 2-day stay. The bedroom was ‘twee’ but with plenty of room to move around and a decent wardrobe. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided (remember to bring milk!). The bed was comfortable and on-site parking available for a small charge. The location was close enough to walk to the centre of Balham. Overall, a pleasant stay."
