I checked in late and was allocated a room from the automated check in. The room was freezing cold and the heating didn't work - eventually I had to ring the emergency number for a representative to allocate me to another room

If no frills hotel stays is your thing, then this would be ideal for you. In order to gain entry into the building you must first fill out an electronic form on the pavement before your passkey is issued and you’re able to access the building. Once inside there’s no one manning reception.

Nice hotel, hardly anyone there

Decent enough place to stay. Room was clean and tidy. Just feels like no one is there. One member of staff on reception and only during the day. As a lone female traveller it made me feel quite vunerable. I’d expect hotels to have night security as a minimum.

Great location for a no frills stay

Excellent location. Very comfortable beds, contrary to how they looked. Really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great too- simple but fresh eg the fruit salad wasn’t a few days old like some budget hotels try to get away with.

A quick 1 night stay while watching the Football at Stamford Bridge. The ground is walkable in about 35 minutes. The room was basic but comfortable & the breakfast was very nice.
