Checked me into a room that hadn’t been cleaned - dirty plates from room service on the bed and towels everywhere on floor. Then at 2:30 am the plumbing crew was banging on pipes and using a very loud power tool in next door room. Probably loud enough to wake up several guests. Horrible stay.

"When we got there we were told that we couldn’t check in until 1pm, which was fine,
We just went to the beach. Then I go back and I was told that it would be at 2 pm, so I then go back to the beach and return after 2pm and was told that because housekeeping was behind I could check in until 3 pm. I didn’t get into the room until after 3pm which was an entire day that I didn’t have access to the room but got charged for it. That’s unacceptable."
