Aqua Pelican is thoughtfully decorated with your comfort in mind, providing plenty of room and amenities.

The well-appointed kitchen boasts modern stainless steel GE appliances, perfect for the discerning chef. Enjoy the convenience of a Keurig coffee maker and grinder for your morning brew. The comfortably furnished living area is ideal for family gatherings in the evenings.

The main bedroom features a comfortable bed, while the second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom is equipped with a twin-over-double bunk and a second twin bunk, ensuring plenty of room for everyone! Your stay includes access to the condo's amenities at no additional resort fee, including three swimming pools and two fitness centers.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
