This hotel is so beautiful. The center court is so lovely. The Cabana restaurant was tasty and the service was amazing. I will definitely stay here again.

We were treated very kindly and professionally by front staff. However, upon turning down the bed late in the evening, we were quite disappointed and a little grossed out to find multiple black hairs on the sheets (i am bald and my wife is a blonde). We called the front desk to let them know. They offered to comp a meal in their restaurant but weare leaving early in the morning so I would expect to be refunded completely for this stay as compensation. Time will tell. Have had very good experience with both expedia and prestige hotel chain in the past. I sincerely hope this was a " one off". - G. Garost

Loved our courtroom view of the creek and pool. Clean and comfortable. Would be great if the hours for the tea and coffee service were extended in the morning for those people who don’t rise at the crack of dawn.

Vernon Stay

We had a comfortable stay. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. All staff were helpful and attentive. The pool area feels like a fun escape. Lots of parking. It’s nice that there’s a restaurant on site. The room we stayed in was a bit dated. I would stay again.

This is a wonderful unique hotel with most rooms looking out into a beautiful indoor Atrium. Their pub is being remodeled so the only restaurant onsite is the Cabana in the Atrium. On the night we stayed, we ate dinner at the Cabana. Staff were great but the kitchen was short staffed so we waited almost 1 Hour for our food! Our waitress provided us with a complementary round of drinks to compensate for the wait. Food was very good. We had the weekly burger specials.
