Updated bathroom & kitchen with dishwasher (very rare in Tucson!) and private washer/dryer for your convenience. Get amazing sleep on the new high-end memory foam king mattress and enjoy morning coffee in the desert landscaped backyard. Come & stay a while!
The space
Enjoy full private access to this spacious one bedroom, one bathroom casita with a private backyard. Open floor plan with gourmet kitchen, countertop seating, a kitchen table breakfast nook, comfy couch, and mid-century modern desk with chair ideal for remote workers. Gorgeous bathroom has space for storage and bathtub with upgraded shower head. Bonus views of the purple Catalina Mountains!

Off-street private parking available in the alley behind the duplex with space for 2-3 vehicles. Street parking is also available and plentiful.
