$20 for parking would have been acceptable if we parked in the garage, or at least if the door to the hotel from overflow parking was open. Having to lug everything down the street was too much.

We booked a stay for one night at the Hampton in waterfront in Portland. Specifically for the pool for my 2 and 5 year old. Upon arrival we were informed the pool Was and had been closed since the middle of the previous month. There was no mention of this anywhere in Expedia or on the Hampton inn ...
