Hotel room smelled extremely stinky like bad body odor or indian. We turned on the air purifier but the room got stinkier. Asked to change rooms and they did not have any rooms to change. They gave us another machine to clean the air but the smell NEVER went away. I had a really hard time sleeping at nice. The elevators did not require key card to get up, feel unsafe. This is our second time here and I will never come back. Hotel is old!!!!

Good deal but not the best location

Very rule abiding. Would not allow check in a minute before 2 pm, even though the hotel appears to have 100s of rooms. The rooms themselves are spacious and very comfortable. The location is great if you are interested in activities in the Tokyo dome district (baseball, amusement park) but not if you are visitor to the city with limited time. Took three trains to get from the hotel to Haneda station.

The check in process the details of information is confusing and no details info from staff members as they use digital process. We stayed in executive floor so we need to find out the services offered by ourselves which is confusing. We also don’t find staff members helpful. We also need to pay additional fee for our 4 years old daughter which was not clear in the receipt when we book that mentioned 6 years old

This hotel has several public transit options. While you're not in the more active areas of Tokyo like Shibuyu, the environment is less crowded and you still have easy access via subways. The only issue I have is they have so few irons available for clothing. You need to check one out from the front desk and there was never one available. We were sightseeing so wrinkly clothes were not a big deal, but if you need one for a business trip be sure to reserve an iron early.

Stopped here for 9 nights with my daughter, thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, the food in the artists cafe and the staff were lovely. Right opposite Sudobashi tube, a few shopping malls and lots of places to eat. Great hotel for our needs.
