The staff and hotel services are excellent. I liked that the staff would try and help with any query but are also honest about things they can’t help with. The food was good but could be improved by having more halal meat options. As this limited me to only having exactly the same fish and vegetables every morning for breakfast. I was out every day so the hotel accommodation and services suited my needs on my trip to Japan.

It was really easy to take the train from the airport and walk about 5 minutes to the hotel. Also, all the workers have a great smile and are very helpful. The breakfast buffet was really good.

Spent one night. We arrived before check in time but luggage was kept for us which allowed us to visit a couple of sites without the load. Water and toiletries were made available when we got back to the hotel. There were multiple electrical and USB outlets available all around the room. The only issue with the room was not being able to navigate the television menu - language barrier. The washing machine/dryer combo available had no translation but the staff on hand provided sufficient demonstration. Wash and Dry function initially coat ¥500 but you need to pay additional as they will not dry for medium and large loads. Unfortunately, I was not able to use my own laundry products so I'll have to rewash them again when I get to my next hotel. It's less than 5 minutes walk from the train station which is three stops from Haneda. There are Family Mart, 711, pharmacy, Diaso within walking distance.
