Average cleanliness in the public areas of the hotel. The breakfast dining room is serviced by one staff member who is under great pressure to maintain adequate service in a small environment with limited buffet space and a cluttered reception space.
The front desk service was at times less courteous than those encountered at Hotel Monterey Ginza it's sister hotel.
Rooms were well serviced and very cleaned by very courteous room staff.
My next stay will be back at Monterey Ginza just around the corner where management is far superior.
