Average cleanliness in the public areas of the hotel. The breakfast dining room is serviced by one staff member who is under great pressure to maintain adequate service in a small environment with limited buffet space and a cluttered reception space. The front desk service was at times less courteous than those encountered at Hotel Monterey Ginza it's sister hotel. Rooms were well serviced and very cleaned by very courteous room staff. My next stay will be back at Monterey Ginza just around the corner where management is far superior.

Wonderful location, small but functional

The room was small, but that's unsurprising in Tokyo. Everything was clean, tidy, and thankfully quiet. As a place to drop in after a long flight with little kids it was just fine. The location is amazing, so close to all Ginza has to offer.

High end shopping area. Breakfast option is like a high tea, very nice. Rooms are quaint. Staff are friendly but didnt give correct information about Limousine bus to Haneda. Do your research. Aircon looks like its controlled in the room but my last night was overheated. By 4am i was calling reception for help. They had control at their end.

Good property with all the basic amenities. Location in Ginza was amazing. Good choice if shopping in Ginza is a priority for you. Close to multiple subway stations and Tokyo station. Good value for money. Would recommend.

For a single person, the room is great. The toiletries were nice, bed was comfortable for me. Pajamas fit well and had a nice soft feel. Did not eat at the facility so cannot rate the food. The staff overall were helpful and cordial. There was one gentleman that was not very happy but he was able to store my bags without issues. Affordable and a nice walk to the train station. Had ramen at the little place down the street. It is not a typical Tokyo hotel but I’m not in Tokyo to sit in my hotel. Would recommend.
