All the staff were nice and room was fine. Breakfast was great and they managed to provide different food from day to day. There was only one elevator but I never had to wait for too long. Close to several metro lines and there was a train that takes you to Narita or Haneda (or bring you from the airport) directly.

Great Location

Great location only 5 mins walk from Metro Station which is also direct train link to Narita airport without changes. Lots of places to eat around the hotel. Room compact but very big bed. Had everything you could need. Highly recommend for a stay in Tokyo

Staff are very helpful. I know i am in a smoking room but the smell in room can be better. Breakfasts are free but choices of food items served could be better and more Japanese-style. Breakfast space is a little crowded. Otherwise the stay is worth the money. Location is good for dining options and transportation is easy.
