We reserved one double bed room x 2. We wanted 2 bed room but not available. The rooms were probably average for Tokyo hotel. Rooms were maintained ok. Hallway carpet was stained with drink spills and not vacuumed well. But we always get fresh towels and water bottles everyday. It seems high traffic hotel and hard to keep up. Location and price was pretty good.

We chose this hotel for the location. It is just steps from the electric city and the train station. During our two week stay in Japan we stayed here our last three nights. This was a cheaper option, and I now know why. The room was tiny. It might have been better if we would have went the first three days instead of the last, but shoving 4 bags in there was tight. Also, the room was not the cleanest. The shower didn’t look like it was cleaned in awhile. They definitely don’t clean inside the white stool in the shower, it looked like someone peed in it. The massage chair was cool though.

Great location to stay at in Tokyo. Right next to Akihabara train station, which has trains to Tokyo via the Yamanote line, Shinjuku & Nakano via the Sobu line and Asakusa via the Tsukuba Express line. Also has speedy internet and multiple ways to connect your devices to the TV. The room is very clean with a kettle, fridge, free bottles of water and even a massage chair. It also has a nice view overlooking the main shopping street in Akihabara. You're also located near a lot of restaurants and convenience stores for easy access to food. The only downside is if you have two full size suitcases for shopping, you will have very limited floor space. Though it is a great location and definitely will be my go to for staying in Tokyo in the future. Especially good if you're into anime and plan to buy a lot in Akihabara.

The rooms at Remm are very small. There is really no where to put your luggage. There need to be hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels.

Room had everything I needed and was very comfortable. Mattress was nice, water pressure was excellent, and the soundproofing of the room was phenomenal—considering that this location is right next to the station. The massage chair was definitely one of the highlights of coming back after a long day! Would definitely return to this hotel if I were to stay in the area again!

Loved my stay here. It’s close to everything and very close to local transit. The staff are super polite and helpful. Great sized bathrooms and LOVED the massage chair! Smart TV allows for streaming & laundry feature shows when machines are available. Felt extremely safe here cuz you need a keycard to access the floors.

Staff was very helpful. Liked the washer/drayer... that you could check the status of your load on the TV in your room. Very close proximity to Akihabara Station, about 50 steps from the front door. Very close to dozens of stores and shops, 24 hour Lawson and Family Mart.

Excellent location for exploring Tokyo as it’s right next to the train station. However if your room number is an even one you will get some train noise. Odd numbered rooms don’t appear to suffer from this. Helpful staff.
