Room was very nice as well as amenities. Booked this hotel for the public bath, which was a great way to try it out for the first time. Bummed the bar was closed on Sundays, since that was one of the two days I was there. Laundry service was more expensive than even the Disneyland Hotel, but glad I used it anyway. I didn’t try the hotel breakfast buffet or get a chance to set on the terrace since it was rainy. But a nice hotel conveniently located near a subway station and a nice mall.

Rooms are small but have everything you might need: small desk/table, amenities, good shower. Lighting in bathroom was terrible for make-up application (but that's not unusual in a hotel!). The bed is my primary complaint: it was very uncomfortable. The hotel housed a large public bath, which was a nice activity after a long work day. All employees were very nice and I had no problems communicating in English. I did not eat at the hotel - the restaurant is quite high-end so not suitable for a business trip when you just want to grab a quick dinner. But for a more formal dinner it looked like it would be great. I would definitely stay here again.

Very helpful staff. Downstairs lobby staff went the extra mile to help us find the best transportation to Haneda and stored bags safely after check out. Paid a reasonable fee of 6,000 Yen for two hour delayed check out. The area around the hotel is full of shops and restaurants and great coffee. We loved the live music at the brew pub across the street. It bears repeating that the lobby is on 9th floor…the transfer to come and go can be annoying but we never waited long. Would stay with Mitsui again without hesitation.

This was a nice hotel overall. The room was fine but nothing particularly special. The bed and bedding were very comfortable, but our view wasn’t great, it overlooked the rooftop of another building, so the curtains stayed closed most of the time. Staff were polite and helpful. Very nice hotel.
