- Wristbands are provided. Additional wristbands can be purchased for $8 per person/day at the Member Services Center. There is a $15 per person/day on-site fee to use the fitness center
- Starting after Labor Day, access to the community pool will be denied for the summer season. The community is expanding the beach/lake for the summer to accommodate more people
- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on each side of the house. The cameras face the front outdoor entryway, the back yard, and both sides of the house. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras actively record video and sound while guests are in residence
