Had to wait an hour for our room even though we arrived well after check in began. Was told they were short staffed and had to clean the room. No manager was available until a day later. Only compensation offered was a bottle of water! I kid you not. Was advised because we didn't book directly through the hotel, there was nothing they could do. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good but no staff watched to make sure food and tableware were restocked. We had to wait 10 minutes for forks and drinks.

Great site! Our only problem was the room was too cold, and I couldn't adjust the a/c, so I simply turned it off! Very comfortable bed! Great breakfast included.

We arrived and our early check-in was “unsuccessful”. We were assigned our room for our non-refundable rate. The exterior and the lobby is NOT indicative of the rooms. The hallways and rooms smelled musty. Stains all over the carpet. The pull-out sofa looked completely busted. Had to call maintenance to pull it out so we weren’t held liable if further damage occurred. We were told there was no other room that could accommodate our party of 6. Aside from being broke, this was the absolute worst excuse for a pull-out bed. Imagine the worst 1970’s pull-out sofa bed you can imagine — that’s what they have there. The staff was very apologetic but there was nothing they could do. I was told that we needed to contact Expedia for discount/refund issues. They gave us meal vouchers for complementary breakfast but we didn’t partake. We just wanted to leave… The door lock was hit and miss — sometimes working and other times not. I returned to my room at around 2am after watching for a rocket launch and couldn’t get the door to unlock. Had to beat on the door and wake my family up to let me in. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

Everyone was very professional and nice. The receptionist at check-in was really exceptional. The TV in our first room was not working and he immediately changed the room. That was very exceptional because he had a long line of people checking in at that time.
