"Room was clean. Shower (water pressure) was good. Pillows were thin (head sunk all of the way to the mattress. Speaking of the mattress (it was not too comfortable). Bathroom door (a barn door) did not close all the way (this was a bad design). Room faced (the outside area of the restaurant) and was very loud throughout the evening. "

"The resort is a different than what I am used to. Beautiful view. Charged a resort fee but don’t necessarily know what it entails. That does not include an umbrella and chair, and pool closes at 9. They also do not have a fitness center. Also, there is a $20 per day to park which you have to have a car if you’re going to stay at Fort Myers for guests also. The top restaurant was really good. Some of the infrastructure could be further addressed, because some things look odd. I loved the views that I had and Lani Kai. It was part of a lovely experience. There are things that can improved on."

"The room was very clean and well organized. The staff was friendly and even texted to check to see how things were going and if I needed anything. Breakfast was good. I liked the buffet best only due to limited food sources I can eat myself. The outdoor pool and hot tub was wonderful. Plenty of seating and always very clean. I would stay again and highly recommend."
