Was just a comfortable hotel conveniently located for the things we wanted to do when passing through Ft. Myers. Hotel was comfortably appointed… staff was friendly… and the food at the restaurant was surprisingly good. I really liked the breakfast buffet.

The room was very clean, staff was nice, and the location was central to where we wanted to visit on our vacation. The first night the shower head has absolutely zero pressure and the water was cold. We alerted the front desk and they sent the custodian the next morning and it was replaced that morning. It was certainly better than it was, but still not perfect. We theorize everything was comfortable and perfect. A very quiet location, clean and convenient.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. But the room carpet was not very clean (dust and debris under the bed). We requested housekeeping the 2nd day of our 3 nights there; they made the bed (not well), replaced towels, emptied trash, but did not replace coffee station cups etc. nor toilet paper, which he had to request from front desk staff later that night. Also there was no way to set the time on the alarm clock; and the toilet ran off and on (we reported it when we left.) Certainly not issues we have encountered or would have expected at a Hilton property.

There were kids running up and down the hallway all day and night, laughing, banging on doors. My bathtub has mold growing in the corners. The microwave was broken, the house keep came in and made the bed and lost the tv remote. Staff were friendly. But still this place I terrible
