The staff were amazing first and foremost. No problems there. The room? Gross. Stained chairs, ripped box springs, assorted items left behind by previous guests that demonstrate a lack of thorough cleaning. The beds were comfy. The pool caused both myself and my son to get rashes, even after we had showers directly after. I wont stay again.

The front desk staff was so friendly and amazing. And that’s where the positives end. I’ve been doing my children’s birthday parties there for a while now. And for the last several visits the quality has declined. The rooms have writing on the walls and often are not clean. But the part that I actually was the most frustrated with was when I called to ask for help with the internet. I was told “ ya well the internet sucks in here” we couldn’t connect our devices to watch or play anything. After 4 DIFFRENT people came in and stared at the situation we were told to bad. Now, since I was obviously upset and frustrated was anything done about it ? NOPE. Not a single apology or anything was done to try and make it better. I get that the slide is cool, but I’m done coming here. There’s other places with pools.

Staff was friendly and pool area was good giving 2 stars cause of cleanliness of the rooms, Floors were dirty especially behind the mini fridge full of coffee grounds and garbage on the floor and 1 of the sinks was fully clogged with hair and something else was gross

This place is a little gem. All the staff were so nice, food was amazing at the restaurant, hot tub was an added perk. It’s a bit older but very clean! Beds were comfortable. Really wonderful place!
