"Excellent staff. Maureen at the concierge desk was very helpful. Logan was superb. They guys from Engineering who got chrome cast to work on the tv were very helpful. The bed was comfy. The room was very nice, and we enjoyed our balcony view. Makoto was an excellent dining experience, as was the breakfast buffet at Gessners. I really appreciated the shuttle service to downtown Vail. "

"Our stay at the hotel was excellent, thanks to the attentive and helpful staff. We enjoyed skiing at Vail, and the shuttle bus was very convenient. "Stayed in winter for skiing. Nice room with a view of the mountain. Spa amenities were exactly what we needed after day of skiing. Workout room is one of the best we’ve experienced.
