We had a wonderful stay, the front desk lady was awesome, she let us check in earlier and explained in detail the amenities of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of options hot and cold. The shuttle also helped us to visit the Villas.

The manager was very rude. The list says self parking included. Any sane person would think it was included in the room price. He asked me where it said free and asked me to pay 45$. I said i would Not and parked the car outside but i was still charged 45$ this manager needs to be fired!!
