"The property location is right next to the Okada hotel. When you book they don't send the hotel name and room # till you aree supposed to arrive. Unfortunately I didn't receive the email till I had already arrived in Manila so we has a hard time locating where we were staying. As far as the room goes it is not a luxury or a penthouse. We were on the 5th floor. The room was 2 bedroom 2 restrooms a dining/living room and fully equipped kitchen. No restaurants around though 7/11 downstairs has quite a bit of things to purchase. The internet was non existent so no tv also. Pretty disappointing after going out all day and not being able to wi fi or tv watch. The location is good and the stay was good. The new Ayala Mall is also really close and MOA is a 5 minute taxi. I would stay here again. The staff was very professional and helpful."

"If you’re looking for a clean hotel with a good restaurant and helpful staff this is a good place. If you want to relax by a bar and have a good drink after traveling hard this is NOT the place. It takes 20 minutes when not busy to get a fairly good drink in the bar. If you want another you have to ask and it’s another 20 to 30 minutes . In the restaurant our appetizer was delivered and finished and we were still waiting for drinks. There were 3 people in entire restaurant. There’s plenty of staff at the bar area but they just talk to one another. This is our second time here. Same results with the bar last time . I think we could probably do better next year. Again, The restaurant food was good."

"Do not book this hotel. It is like a motel. The room was not cleaned regularly. The room is moldy and old. The staff are rude. Soap was not replaced. Linen had dirt and blood. The Airconditioning is hot. Worse you will have to wait for the breakfast buffet, and the food is nasty. The only good thing is its location. More like a two star hotel with a nice name."

"Room door: latch was faulty. I had to pull hard to get it to catch. Back of the door is broken. 2. Window: Lock mechanism was loose. As a couple traveler, this made me uncomfortable. Room condition: 1. Restroom door completely broken — it hung off the hinge and wouldn’t close. No privacy. 2. Bathroom not cleaned to standard 3. Aircon was weak — ran it on 16°C all night but room never got cold. Was sweating trying to sleep. Filter looked dirty. I checked out on my first day and did not get any refund for my 7 days stay."
