The staff were great. The shuttle to/from the airport was on time and the driver was very polite and nice. The breakfast was not so good just OK. The room was large, clean and comfortable.

The staff did a great job they are just severely under staffed. The toilet smelt bad like the sewer was backed up and the smell was awful. The bar of soap was used by im assuming the previous guess. We were supposed to be served breakfast at 7am. We had to call multiple times before our breakfast was sent up to our room at 8:45am. (Our airport transfer was scheduled at 9am) The staff was super hard working. 1 person was the cook, bell boy, and checked us into the hotel. The security at the front door was very friendly and helpful. The location is a nice because its near the airport and mall. However the surrounding area is run down and a bit sketchy.

Staff are really great! Our check in time was at 2pm but we went there too early like 7am because of the coming storm. They check for available room and manage to be on our room as early as 8am. ( for additional pay) but thats ok. At least we rest and comfortably lay down on the bed early. Thank you staff. We had a comfortable stay. We will back again.

No towels upon arrival. Asked for the room to be made up, but nobody came. Only positive about this hotel are, it's close to NAIA and the room is big. Overall experience was okay. Choose a different hotel if you're picky.
