"Air conditioning is ok although the unit looks dirty and super old. Staff were tired but helpful. No toiletries aside from a small piece of soap. For the rate they’re charging, it seems like an expensive SOGO experience without any upgraded services or amenities or comfort."

"Great staff and location. Property is clean and has great amenities. There’s a free airport shuttle to/from the hotel. It is near several hotels, and in close proximity with the Mall of Asia. Would definitely stay at this hotel again when I’m in Manila."

"The only problem I had with this hotel was the smell. It’s very strong but honestly not a dealbreaker for the deal. There were flies in my first room but they had to move me because they were doing construction at 8pm and I had an early flight. After the move it was great but that smell was everywhere. It’s like old water? Idk how to describe it. My sense of smell is insane so it’s probably not that noticeable to normal people. Regardless I would go back. In a heart beat."
