"I had a okay experience here! I really loved the staff, restaurants, and amenities. They cater well for allergies. I really enjoyed their quick shopping section. My only concern is what rooms you book. I absolutely did not like the single rooms. It’s definitely older and needs updating, plus the elevator situation is not my favorite. There’s only 1 tiny elevator for all of floor 7. I did have an extreme unclean situation and they moved me rooms on the same floor that was still unsatisfactory. Thankfully, they moved me to a double bed room on the second floor, and it was night and day for cleanliness. I really appreciate the staff for being so supportive in moving rooms. If I could give a shout out for the desk clerk for her outstanding advocation to the upper hotel echelon, I totally would. Otherwise, I found the area safe for solo travelers. The restaurant and bar was fantastic. There’s nice places to eat, walk, drink all around. Close enough train stations (if you can walk). My biggest takeaway is to spend more for a double room. I find it safer and cleaner for solo travelers (especially if you are nervous or cautious traveling)."

"I regularly use this place. Its perfect for a quick relax before getting your sleep in. The showers have always been really well maintained and cleaned. The nests are a great space for watching an episode before sleeping. AC was great, duvet was cosy. Pillows could be better"

"What We Loved Service: The entire staff was incredibly polite, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Ambiance & Facilities: The hotel interior is beautiful and impeccably clean. The ambiance made for a very relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast: The morning breakfast buffet was fresh, good quality, and an enjoyable start to the day. Area for Improvement Lunch & Dinner: While the restaurant service and decor were top-notch, the quality of the food during lunch and dinner was disappointing. The dishes fell short of the high standards set by the rest of the hotel. With a bit more attention to the culinary side, this place would be absolute perfection."
