"Little things…the window shade was wrinkled, damaged and it was hard to close or open. The bathroom door needed replacing it looked as if a dog had chewed the veneer off one corner and they just painted over it. Before bed the TV guide channel was not accessible but it was working by morning. I like more light in a room, like a bathroom when I am shaving. The ambient backlighted mirror did not illuminate as I would have liked. I will say the towels were extraordinary!!! Thick and big enough for a tall person like me."

"We stayed 6 nights and housekeeping never visited our room. It states that they visit after the third night. We had to request more towels. Also, the thermostat did not work correctly. I am glad that we only slept there and did not spendy any actual time at the property."
