When we arrived the sheets on the bed were soiled. The ice machine on our floor and on the second floor we're out of order. The smell in the facility itself was mildewy. The elevator on the left side was not in working order my husband got stuck in it. The fire alarm went off twice. One time it was at 2:00 in the morning. I was not happy with this hotel accommodation. I was hoping for some sort of accommodation from your service for this bad service. Please advise as soon as possible.

We were able to check in and out quickly and the reps were very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was clean and the area was actually very quiet. Only downside was the AC didn’t seem to go lower than the original setting so we were much warmer than we would have liked to be. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and will recommend!

The floors didnt look clean in the room and bath tub had stains. Didnt get the glass door shower that was pictured. Coffe maker in room was broken but was given another one later that day. Only one elevator worked and it slightly opens before it stops. The staff was awesome. The property just need to be thoroughly deep cleaned.

Nice and clean room. Nice staff. Check in was smooth. The older gentleman that was our Bartender was amazing and food was good. Everything he recommended and the drinks he made was 10/10. This will probably be the hotel that I’ll book with moving forward when visiting Atlanta.

We visit the Hilton for a 4day Family Reunion. The check in staff was very professional, courteous and accommodating. Parking was convenient. Our room carpet had a large bad stain in the middle of the floor. The bathroom toilet tissue holder was hanging off the wall. We visit the dining room for dinner. Our waitress was very courteous. But my wife’s dinner was very salty. The Alfredo sauce was very salty and runny. My dinner was fair. It feels like a waste of money down the drain. The Saturday evening Family dinner was excellent. The servers were on point and poised in professional attire and service. They served over 150 family members in a timely manner. The food presentation was spectacular. The meal was hot and tasty.

Despite its location on a main road, the surrounding area—complete with a gas station and other businesses—made me question its safety. The bar was a nice touch but overpriced, as was the breakfast, which offered only standard hotel cuisine. The third floor hallway and the shower curtain in my room had a noticeable mildew smell. My shower was also a hassle, as the wall-mounted conditioner container fell off, and the sinks didn't drain properly, pointing to a clear lack of maintenance. The hotel's interior design and open seating areas seem perfect for a conference. However, without a restaurant on-site, guests are left with no nearby dining options they can comfortably walk to. Overall, while some aspects of my stay were pleasant, there's definitely room for improvement.
