During our stay we experienced many things that were not acceptable. When I checked in the front desk attendant charged my card for incidentals upon arriving. Once we unpacked and headed to our room I received a fraud alert from my banking stating I had a charge that was suspicious. The attendant charged three additional times and caused a total of $700 to be taken from my bank. This put a pause on my primary card I use and I was not able to do many of the things I needed to while there due to funds being processed. The front lady at the desk, Chase doesn’t speak when people arrive. She seems a bit irritated to be working there. All the other staff have been pleasant, security, housekeeping and etc. However, the cleaning jobs done have been lackluster. We arrived with feces in our toilet and small roaches crawling in the bathroom. My family and I have stayed her 4 times and I am just shocked of the decline in cleanliness and services. We are here for a long trip but cut our stay short due to all of the riff raff.

Staff was very friendly & professional. Doorman’s on Saturday was extremely helpful, took our belongings to our room , recommended some food places for me & my husband. Chef on Monday morning was very friendly & kind. Made sure your order was to your expectations . Overall a great stay! Would highly recommend this hotel
