The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Their were so many kids that you would have to wait in a long line to hopefully get what you wanted for breakfast

Room need refreshing. sitting bench worn needed a cleaning or removed and replaced. The fitness center was totally neglected, not clean, no sanitizing towels container was empty. Hand sanitizing soap container empty, machines dirty, red sauce spots on floor for three days no one from hotel supervised clean -up. I was there for 5 days, first day I was in room next to elevator - no sleep very bad. I requested room change and was accommodated with new room away from elevator. Breakfast food was good.

The tv in the room didn’t work, the toilet didn’t flush. The guy at the front desk said he’ll send a technician then we went back down and asked for a new room and he gave us a new room.
