Would have been nice if updated

Unfortunately our room had water and mildew issues and smelled. The a.c. Didn’t work. The fixed windows leaked from condensation and the carpets were damp. Smelt like dirty socks. The kids were coughing by morning. Glad we were only there one night. The staff and food were really nice though.

Not a great stay.

I’ve been to this hotel probably 20 times over the past few years and unfortunately it’s declining. They really haven’t updated the rooms for quite some time. If you forget your phone charger you’re screwed. No updated outlets I had to run to Walmart to get a iPhone brick. The shower which I remember was always incredibly powerful was terrible the past 2 times we stayed. Ice machines now only on 2 floors and 1 was out of order.

It was a good stay. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. I dropped my wallet, someone found it and returned it to the main lobby. They then called me immediately; they wasted no time.

The room was dirty. The shower had no water pressure, had to call the maintenance staff, and after they “fixed it” it was still a trickle. They show that the hotel has a hot tub and pool. The hot tub apparently has not been available in months. The food at the restaurant was extremely over cooked. The dressing given for dipping looked inedible. Also the “Starbucks” in the hotel contained some of the worst coffee I have ever had.

The hotel room had inadequate lighting , breakfast was not fully functional at 7 even though it was supposed to be open at 6:30 This was not an expected situation from Hilton. Not good value for the money
