Thank you for staying at our hotel. We are sorry for not meeting your expectations for a pleasant stay. We understand your frustration when you realized the sofa bed in your suite was not made up with linens and you had to make the bed after a long travel day. Due to various local city /health dept. codes, the sofa beds are not made up in advance and must be made at the time of use. We hope you will allow us to host you in the future. I could not even get in. They informed me that there was no more room available after charging my card through a third party reservation center. I was informed of the no vacancies via outside phone and was sent away with no further explanation. This was a week ago and I have still not gotten my $62.56 refunded back to me as the General Manager is never available and appears to be the only person who can do refunds. I am very disappointed that I have to go through my bank for a refund for services that were never rendered.
