Bed was comfortable, close to airport, however when looking the place was rather rundown, walpaper peeling back everywhere, water stains on walls and ceiling, curry smell everywhere. Very overpriced for what you got.

Very unclean, nasty dirty, complained to staff, no response from them like this is the normal. Elevator was not working. I feel that we should be refunded some money back, was not worth amount paid. Very unsatisfied customer. I had reserved two rooms. Will not be staying there again.

The price, location and shuttle service were excellent and exactly what we were looking for. The facility had broken elevator, broken TV and our room smelled like smoke and had old/worn decor.

Pick the Marriott instead

Lobby deceptively nice. Check in not smooth - waited for a long time for the person to figure out the computer on their end. Room was DATED, strangely laid out, and very unattractive. You could feel every spring in the beds. Pillows were strange, small and square. Thankfully we were only there for 7 hours total.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean although it could use some updating. I stayed for 4 nights and did not use maid services but she was very friendly when I met her in the hall. The people at the front desk where a different story. The lady on duty when I checked in was not friendly, she barely looked at me and spoke curtly "license and Id" and room #. The lady that was working on Saturday was very rude - I had rec'd a call from a man that did not identify himself, asking me if I was checking out that day, told him no and he said that he had me mixed with a different room. This seemed a little off to me so I called the front desk to ask if it was a legitimate call and did he in fact work there. The lady said she didn't know cause she was on break. She verified my room# and said that I was all set. Told her ok but was he an employee? she said that I should be ok, I said you are not answering my question. She said that "I was all set and she was not going to repeat herself again" and hung up on me. I have always stayed there when in Reno visiting my family but will not stay there again.
