"When we got to the hotel, we were greeted and checked in quickly. Once getting into the room, it was spacious and clean. Breakfast was nice and easy, since we came close to the ending of the breakfast time, there weren't many plates or silverware, but they quickly provided us with clean items."

"We stayed for two nights to go to a wedding. The day of check-in it was a madhouse with all of the guests and only two employees working the desk. The staff wanted me to take a lesser room because it was available, but I’d already paid for a deluxe room. They were quick to turn around the room for us to get in. I really like the bar in the hotel. It was very confusing trying to find where we parked our car and the different elevators. It’s a really big hotel. Overall, it was an OK stay. I probably would not stay there again."

My only complaint was that the coffeemaker or phone in my room did not work, and despite three attempts to get that sorted it out, it wasn't taken care of. More a situation of a series of miscommunications than incompetence."
