Nestled on a huge lot in a woodsy South Lake Tahoe enclave, this 3BR/2BA home offers a prime location close to three ski resorts: Kirkwood, Heavenly, and Sierra at Tahoe. Enjoy sledding and snowmobiling less than two miles from home, then return to your cozy abode and gather by the wood-burning fireplace.

In warmer months, take advantage of nearby Lake Tahoe Golf Course, before hosting a barbeque on your private patio. When dining out, drive 5 minutes to a few local favorites. Verde Mexican Rotisserie offers fresh, wholesome takes on classics. The Divided Sky is a popular bar and cafe that is a favorite gathering place among locals.

LIVING AREA

Unwind in the spacious living room with a sofa bed, 55' TV, fireplace, and a large coffee table - the perfect spot to gather for a game night.

KITCHEN & DINING

The fully stocked kitchen has all the gadgets you need to prepare recipes. Enjoy ample counter space to work your culinary magic. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for four. Gather for meals in the dining area at the table for six.

BED & BATH

Find quiet privacy in the primary bedroom with a queen bed, 40in TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Down the hall, you'll find two additional bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a queen bed and a 40in TV, while the second has a twin-over-twin bunk bed (with an additional twin bed underneath), another twin bed, and a large closet. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA

Spend sun-soaked afternoons in the spacious backyard. Fire up the four-burner BBQ grill and dine alfresco at the patio table with seating for six.

THINGS TO KNOW
Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
